Chamber members and partners,


Our chamber of commerce has spent the last six months listening to you. Our aim was to learn what our business and civic organizations value in a chamber of commerce. We launched a membership retention committee to facilitate this work. In addition, we spent time networking with other chambers of commerce to learn best practices to build off of. As a result of that work, we are excited to unveil what we have been working on: a new tiered dues schedule that focuses on community advancement and a new procedure for soliciting sponsorships for our business and community events.


New Tiered Dues Schedule: as a chamber, we know that a chamber membership is more than just a membership; its an investment in the community. Furthermore, we know that no business is the same, so why should our chamber membership benefits treat us as such? We wanted to embed flexibility into our list of benefits. We also wanted to provide our chamber membership more voice and choice for how you choose to invest with us. That being said, we have now released our new investor-model tiered dues schedule. It is grouped into three levels: CONNECT, ENGAGE, and IMPACT. See the list of benefits below.


Marketing and Sponsorship Guide: as a chamber, we know that our member businesses have annual marketing budgets to prepare. We also know that if businesses knew ahead of time what all their options were, they could budget for it ahead of time. That being said, we are now providing a list of sponsorship opportunities for you to choose from in advance! That way you can review all your options at once, then simple call us and tell us what events you would like to sponsor.


Our Board of Directors and our chamber staff hope you enjoy this new change to your chamber membership. Our goal in this is to meet our businesses where they are at; we want to remain flexible to the ever changing needs of our chamber membership. Our chamber of commerce appreciates your investment into the Monett area community.

    This sponsorship opportunity is for the 2024 Festival of Lights event: 


    Presenting Sponsor: $2,000 

    • An illuminated banner placed at the entrance of Monett South Park  (10,000 cars a season) 
    • Named as the Presenting Sponsor on all Festival of Lights marketing and promotional campaigns  
    • Your investment in the Festival of Lights annual display will be seen by 10,000 cars during the evenings for six weeks. This does not include regular visitors to the park during the day time hours.

  • Christmas Parade

    Presenting Sponsor: $500  

    • Name and logo on registration forms

Additional Sponsorships and Add-on Services

Naming rights to the community room

$3,000 for a three year term. Agreement will include first right of refusal upon renewal. Your organization's logo will be placed on the door of the community room, as well as inside the room itself. All contracts and marketing materials concerning the community room will also be updated to reflect the naming rights. 

Naming Rights to Chamber Board Room

$1,500 for a three year term. Agreement will include first right of refusal upon renewal. Your organization's logo will be placed on the exterior door of the room (on 2nd street), as well as inside the room itself. All contracts and marketing materials concerning the board room will also be updated.
